6U/8U Mite Full Season Program
Designed in accordance with the USA Hockey American Development Model (ADM), our program emphasizes skill development over standings, giving young players the opportunity to learn, compete, and have fun in an engaging, age-appropriate environment. Through station-based practices, small-area games, and experienced coaching, every player receives more repetitions, more puck touches, and more opportunities to develop confidence on the ice.
Ages
Our 6U/8U program is open to all players 8 years old and younger.
When
The season begins the first full week of October and ends the final week of February.
Where
All practices and home games will be held at Capital Ice Arena in Clifton Park, New York.
Additional optional events may be offered at other facilities from time to time.
Practices / Games
Practices and games will be Mondays 5:10-6:10PM and Saturdays 7AM-8AM. Additional ice sessions may be added.
